Just before 7 a.m., there was a report of a boat capsized near the Shelter Cove Marina, adjacent to the California Woods Nature Preserve off Kellogg Avenue.

It turns out that it was a watercraft being used by the University of Cincinnati rowing team.

Nine rowers and two coaches ended up in the water.

Some were able to swim to shore. Others were rescued.

Everyone appears to be accounted for.
