Rowing New Zealand requires a High Performance Manager for its highly successful
international rowing programme.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding success in people
management and team building, and will have an understanding of the unique skills
required to develop and deliver a successful high performance sports programme.
Most of all, the High Performance Manager will have a clear and unwavering vision to
continue and build on the high levels of success enjoyed by New Zealand’s rowers at
international level towards the London 2012 Olympic Games.
